Welcome to Char Dham Shobha Yatra. By booking any tour or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- An advance payment is required to confirm your tour booking.
- The balance amount must be paid on arrival at Haridwar unless stated otherwise.
- Booking confirmation is provided only after receipt of the advance payment.
Yatra Registration & Documents
- Char Dham / Kedarnath Yatra registration and biometrics are mandatory for all travelers.
- Valid photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport) must be carried during the journey.
- Failure to complete registration may result in denial of travel, for which we shall not be responsible.
Itinerary & Tour Changes
- The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, road blocks, government regulations, VVIP movement, or natural calamities.
- Char Dham Shobha Yatra reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel any part of the itinerary for safety or operational reasons.
- No refund will be provided for missed sightseeing or unused services due to such changes.
Accommodation & Meals
- Accommodation is provided on a sharing basis in basic or standard category hotels as per the package.
- Hotels in hilly regions may have limited facilities including fixed hot water timings and no lift or bellboy service.
- Meals are provided on a fixed menu basis as mentioned in the itinerary.
- Meals at Kedarnath are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Transportation
- Vehicles are provided strictly as per the itinerary and are not at disposal.
- Air-conditioning may not function in hilly areas.
- Seat allocation in vehicles is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- In case of vehicle breakdown, alternate arrangements will be made at the earliest possible time.
Health & Safety
- Pilgrims must ensure they are medically fit for high-altitude travel and trekking.
- Char Dham Shobha Yatra is not responsible for medical emergencies, injuries, or health-related issues during the tour.
- Travelers are advised to carry personal medicines and first-aid kits.
Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation and refund requests will be handled as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting handling and operational charges.
- No refund will be provided for no-shows or early departure from the tour.
Force Majeure
Char Dham Shobha Yatra shall not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (floods, landslides, snowfall)
- Political unrest or government restrictions
- Road closures, strikes, or technical failures
- Weather-related disruptions
Any additional costs arising due to such circumstances shall be borne by the traveler.
Personal Belongings
- Travelers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings.
- Char Dham Shobha Yatra shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items during the tour.
Website Usage
- All website content, images, and logos are the property of Char Dham Shobha Yatra and may not be copied or reused without permission.
- Misuse of the website or false booking information may result in cancellation without refund.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
