At Char Dham Shobha Yatra, we understand that travel plans may change due to unavoidable circumstances. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair, in accordance with our tour packages and operational commitments.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will apply as per the number of days prior to the tour departure date:

✔ More than 30 Days Before Departure

  • Refund: Fully refundable
  • Handling Charges: Applicable per person as mentioned in the package terms

✔ 29 to 15 Days Before Departure

  • Refund: Partial refund of the advance amount
  • Deduction: Handling and operational charges will be applied

✔ 14 Days or Less / No Show

  • Refund: Limited or no refund
  • Reason: All bookings (hotel, transport, permits) are already confirmed and paid

Exact refund percentages may vary based on the selected tour package (Kedarnath / Do Dham / Char Dham) and are clearly mentioned in the respective itinerary PDF.


Booking & Refund Process

  • An advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your tour
  • The balance payment must be paid on arrival at Haridwar
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days

Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • Natural calamities (landslides, floods, heavy snowfall, bad weather)
  • Road blocks, government restrictions, or VVIP movement
  • Technical issues such as vehicle breakdowns or route closures beyond our control
  • Medical emergencies, personal reasons, or late arrivals
  • Unused services due to early departure or itinerary changes by the guest

Force Majeure

Char Dham Shobha Yatra shall not be responsible for any refund or compensation if the tour is disrupted due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest or strikes
  • Government regulations
  • Weather-related delays
  • Transport or accommodation issues caused by third parties

Any additional expenses arising due to such situations must be borne by the traveler.


Changes & Modifications

  • Date or itinerary changes are subject to availability and approval
  • Any additional cost due to modifications will be payable by the traveler
  • No refund will be provided for skipped sightseeing or services
